As they proceed through these quests, they will gain various items, in-game money, and other rewards that are used to craft new weapons, armor, additional gear, and health, restoration, and temporary buffing items that can be taken into later quests. The player's character does not intrinsically improve over the course of the game, but their abilities are set by the weapon and armor they carry into the quests, which improve as the player takes on more challenging quests. The game allows the player to use any of the twelve basic weapon types in the game, each having unique battle approaches that the player must master, and can switch between these weapons before departing on quests.

"Future Tech & Exoskeleton" Behind the Scenes Video

Sledgehammer Games is bringing the technology of tomorrow to today in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The exoskeletons are also a game changer that's ushering in a new era for Call of Duty. Advanced Warfare takes place in the future where Private Military Corporations have become the dominant armed forces. Powerful cutting-edge exoskeletons give soldiers advanced lethality by enhancing movement and verticality through boost jumps, increased endurance, unparalleled strength and stealth cloaking abilities.

Sniper Rifles Are Not Going to Be Overpowered - Quick-Scoping Removed?

The sniper class in the game more balanced, when compared to previous titles in the series.
Although sniper rifles can one-shot an enemy, they are not going to be overpowered. Mastering a sniper rifle in COD: AW requires the same dedication and skill as with other weapon classes. Condrey heavily emphasized that sniper attachement that allow sniper rifles to be quick-drawn have been removed, which hints that quick-scoping has been somewhat removed from the game.

And to make things more balanced, the new Exo Abilities, like boost jumping and dodging, allow players to move faster than ever before, which should put pressure on even the most proficient sniper.

Zombies to Be Featured in Exo Survival

Advanced Warfare's latest Xbox achievement update has accidently revealed that Treyarch's zombies will be guest starring in the game's Exo Survival co-op mode. As you can see from the image above, some of the zombies are wearing exosuits.

Exo Survivor Achievement: "Successfully complete the Exo Survival Bonus Wave."
It should be noted that the zombies are a bonus wave on the Riot multiplayer map and will most likely not be seen in a separate game mode. Treyarch's next Call of Duty game on the other hand.
